업무량 증가의 원리 (Priciple of 'Workload Increase')

정  의 : 어떤 업무(Wa)를 끝내면 동일하거나 더 큰 부하의 업무(Wb)가 발생하여
           총 업무(Wgross)의 양은 보존되거나 증가한다는 원리.
         
           WLgross.t2 = WLgross.t1 - WLa + WLb
           WLa <= WLb
           WLgross.t1 <= WLgross.t2

절대 일 보존의 법칙(Law of 'Absolute Work Conservation')

정  의 : 업무량(Wbiz)이 증가하게 되면 상대적으로 사생활(Wprv)이 감소하여
           절대적인 일(Wabs)의 양은 보존된다는 법칙.

           Wabs = Wbiz + Wprv
